neomia Pulse MFA does not recognize my typing

In some cases, the typing dynamics may not be recognized due to various factors. As an immediate action, you should retry the authentication step and type as naturally as possible. The application is typically configured to allow multiple attempts.

You should also check your browser configuration. Some browser allow users to limit the accuracy of keyboard input recording and other time-related events.

If the issue persists, you should contact your administrator to update your typing profile (e.g., if you're using a different keyboard or configuration). Alternatively, if you believe your typing pattern has changed since the initial enrollment, and the reference patterns no longer accurately capture your typing dynamics, you may need to reset your entire typing profile.
