To get started with your neomia Pulse Dashboard, go to https://pulse-dashboard.neomia.ai and enter your username and password.

First steps

  1. Sign in with your username and password. If your account is linked to several organizations, pick the active one with the organization switcher in the top bar — every page shows data for the active organization only.
  2. Open Home to see the current security posture: total users and authentications, today's activity, the passed-authentication rate and the users currently blocked.
  3. Open Authentications to inspect individual authentications: score, indicators, signals, and — for admins — the raw pattern forensics.
  4. Open Users to follow enrollments, manage biometric profiles and security codes, and create accounts.
  5. Under Configuration → Authentication Policies, review the policy applied to your organization and adjust indicator weights, the decision threshold and the security-code fallback.

Linking an organization

An organization is attached to a dashboard account by registering its API key under Management → API Keys → Add API key. The key is verified before the organization is linked, and the account that performs the link is granted the Owner role on that organization. Owners can then invite other dashboard members from Management → Team.
